About Us

We are here to help people to understand the importance of farming, regenerative, and organic agriculture. We do not only live this lifestyle, but we practice it. We are currently on 200 acres. We also previously owned a meat processing facility as well all of this after starting as an off grid farm on 10 acres. It is important that we are able to not only mentor the future leaders, but help others understand to not only save them time, money and also help them to produce food which helps everyone. Food production helps the world. It is a global economy, and the farmers we work with are of the smallest margin.

We are not tipping the scales in any manner. We believe that the work we do is not only meaningful, purpose driven and will change the course of the future. We must support the food workers, future food workers and the population by supporting more food development. The pathways created will help bring new farmers, help new children into farming and provide food for the population.

Meet Our Founder

Rachael Stewart is the founder of People 1st Global Food and Land Reclamation. Rachael has helped minority farmers to successfully purchase almost 2000 acres in Arizona and across the country. While creating change for the community she understood that there needs to be an organization the helps support small and minority farmers so she created People 1st Global Food and Land Reclamation.

The non profit has had 3 conferences. Ranch Fest is an accumulation which began in 2020 and an important leap to furthering the programs with the non profit, helping small farmers to understand the in's and outs of land ownership and USDA programs.

This the non profit has also expanded to include mental health support with equestrian assisted learning. The programs are for the support of farming and health in the community.
