Your Support Matters
Equestrian Assisted Learning uses interactions with horses to help individuals develop life skills, improve self awareness and build confidence. It is a non riding hands on approach where people engage in activities with the horses. This is not therapy and not led by therapists.
Our non profit has received two certifications to lead these positive interactions and are finishing the move to Tucson to expand this program. This is going to lead to meaningful change within our communities.
We also have various livestock that which support positive mental health interactions. Our new location in Tucson is at a private peaceful safe location. This is an inclusive non profit.
Donations and support to our non-profit also go to support the horses, the equestrian assisted learning program, and our community mental health outreach.

Why Mental Health Matters?
Crisis situations are all around us. Dealing with stress and living in crisis are something we understand. If experiencing crisis, there are places to go for help.
The Agristress Helpline is (833) 897-2474.
Mental Health holds a special place in our non profit priorities after several of our board members and program leaders are actually survivors of abuse.
There are 5 types of abuse. Physical, Verbal, Emotional, Financial and Sexual Abuse. We believe and have experienced the positive effect healing with horses. We aim to share this experience with our community. Empowering our community to heal, recognize negative thought patterns and build positive pathways is our goal.
